Is there a contract?
No long contract. Monthly plans run month to month. Yearly plans run for the year you've paid for and you can turn off renewal at any time.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
You can download your data before you go. After cancelling, your records are kept only for as long as our retention schedule or an open dispute requires, then deleted. See our privacy notice.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. We never handle money between you and your customers. You only pay for your membership.
